HARIDWAR - BHART MATA MANDIR
BHART MATA MANDIR is also known as Mother India Temple. Bharat Mata Temple is also dedicated to all the patriotic freedom fighters who contributed to the independence of the country. The first floor of this temple houses the idol of Bharat Mata. On the other side is the Shoor Mandir dedicated to the bravehearts of India. On the third floor is the Matri Mandir dedicated to the female power. The fourth floor is dedicated to great Indian sages. The fifth floor is dedicated to different religions and regions of India, while the sixth and seventh floors are dedicated to Goddess Shakti and various incarnations of Lord Vishnu. The eighth floor is dedicated to the nature loving and spiritual person. There is also a temple of Shiva here.

Bhart Mata Mandir is a multi-storey temple which is also known as Mother India Temple. This temple is built to salute the dedication of all the patriots and freedom fighters. Bharat Mata Mandir is located near the bank of Ganga River in Haridwar city. The city is well connected by road and train to major destination of Uttarakhand.
If you are travelling by road from Delhi to Haridwar, buses and taxis are available from ISBT Kashmiri Gate. The distance from Delhi to Haridwar is approximately 220 km. One can reach Mandir by hiring taxi from Haridwar bus stand.
If you prefer to travel by air, Jolly Grant airport in Dehradun is the nearest airport to Har Ki Pauri. The distance from Dehradun to Mandir is 30 km. From Dehradun, one can take local buses, taxis, and sharing cabs to reach Haridwar.
If you are travelling by train, nearest railway station to Bhart Mata Mandir is Haridwar railway station which is 7 km away. From station, one can take bus, taxi and local cabs to reach Bharat Mata Mandir.
